Re: Bottom paint

Bottom paint..Consider Amercoat 240 for bottom paint on your aluminum hulled boat....its a PPG product....this is not anti-foul...it is what you can get now that coal tar epoxy has been banned,,,(and a lot of other coatings)..I hope this helps....Stephen

Re: 2016 Rondevous

Steve and Wendy won't be able to attend this year. Steve has to work and our boat did not go in the water this year as Steve's parents both passed away and there was a lot of house stuff to do.

David. Steve and I will come by car. On the main page you quote having dinner out on Sat. Eve but here you say the potluck BBQ. Which are we going to do? Let me know location ASAP so we can book accommodation.

Re: Alcanboats Rendezvous 2014

Hi David,

No we won't be going up to Orillia this year. That's a good plan though. ( The trucking). That's what I suggested to Steve when we were talking about future trip on the Erie canal.

Re: Alcanboats Rendezvous 2014

I was looking at the map and realized how far that is for a weekend from "the South". We will decide closer to the date as it will also be weather dependent of course. Are you taking the boat to Georgian Bay this year? hence the flotilla up the Trent? Let me know soon so that we can plan to join in ...

Re: 2012 RENDEZVOUS

Would Buster and Catherine Ann be able to make it as far as Prinyer's Cove Marina at the eastern most tip of Quinte's Isle? Steve and I could get Cadoruca that far for a weekend from Brighton. There are Great facilities there. You can swim in the cove, Stay in a Bed and Breakfast on Site, Tie up at ...

Re: 2009 Alcan Boat Rendezvous

Greetings all Cadaruca III and her crew are planning on being at the rendezvous. We are looking foreward to meeting you all. Trenton is very close to our home port of Presqu'ile landing at Brighton. It is not very likely that I will get the time off work at that time for any cruising up the Trent. B...

Re: 37 Alcan $38,000

This boat is thumper IV, Wendy and I saw her and she is a fine looking boat.
The windows worked like new and the screens were in great shape.
The owner had her all tuned up and said she ran great, post tune up.
Best regards.....Stephen
