BOAT FOR SALE

My wife and I have decided to sell our boat. We are both in our upper 70's and we don't have the agility to keep the boat in the bristal fashion that we are accostomed to.
We think that a fair price for Sioux would be $45,000.00?
We hope to have new window screens and a fresh coat of paint before launching.
Would appreciate comments.
