Sea Villa 30 - Auction Sale

I have recently been made aware of a 1971 30' Sea Villa / Alcan that will be included in an Auction in Midland on September 25, 2010. This is a partially finished restoration. There are a few pictures on the following website.

Holy cow, that's like my boat. Thanks for posting, I'm not sure I would have found that one.
Looks like new roofs, hahaha, and I know why. Helm looks pretty fancy. Lots more work left to do on the interior. Gas tank is the same, I'm not sure what that other tank is.
Looks to be in decent shape but, probably won't go for a whole lot.
Pictures aren't the greatest, but beggars can't be choosers.
