Don't know if this boat is still for sale, but it looks to be a Sea Villa 320 rather than an Alwest.

Hi....If you are interested,I will be listing my 1970 Alcan Sea Villa shortly. It runs great and I reluctantly will be parting with it. The boat and I are in Ithaca NY. I also have a spare rebuilt outdrive and two spare engines for parts.
