Our Alcan 290 "Little Blue Whale" is in Parry Sound moored across from the town in a serious non-party marina with gorgeous views and quiet. We have paid this years mooring fees and these are included in the price. So there is an instant cottage to be had with loads of exploration and mooring in the bays and inlets of the area. We have had the boat for @ 18 years, and have done extensive work and restoration to original standards. Bimini with custom enclosure design and window covers in good condition (@$10,000 value). custom designed stainless tender lift (@ $3000 value).
Recent survey present. Drive re-built under 20 hours ago. Engine re-built when we bought her, she has nominal hours for the years and she starts right away and purrs nicely.
