44' Patrol Express but different. $ 39,000

Front house is like the Patrol Express, but rest is different. Unsure if length actually is 44'. It probably includes the swim platform and bowsprit in that length. Boat should be 38'
I'm not a big fan of the house at the back, but it looks well made. Is it factory ?
