We purchased the Donna Kay (formerly Raindeer) in Nov. 2010. Scince then, we have stripped and bottem painted and this winter got her on a trailer. Im hoping to get her up on plane with her 2 - 4 cyl Volvos. At this time im putting together used parts to alow me to trim the out drives while under way. Other than that I will be removing anything I can to get the weight down. Especialy in the bow. Depending on the weather we will be sealing and repainting the topside also. Its great to have all the pictures and info on other Alwests' and Alcans' to get ideas for future projects. The measument and scaled drawings provided by Rob Farrow are and were very helpful when having a trailer built and setting up the bunks. Warren
